Microporous Membrane Filter
Summary of use:
Main material of microporous filter membrane including, mixture of cellulose(MCE), cellulose acetate(CA), nylon, polypropylene(PP), Polyether sulfone (PES) PVDF, Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE),PC, glass fiber, etc. They are widely used for gravimetric analysis, microanalysis, colloid separation and sterility test
Characteristics:
1. Nylon
Features: Good temperature resistance, max working temperature 60℃,good chemical stability.
Purpose:Electronics, microelectronics, semiconductor industry water filtration.
2. Mixture of cellulose(MCE)
Features: Uniform pore diameter, pore rate is high, without dielectric loss, quality of a material is thin, small resistance, low cost, but not resistant to strong acid, strong alkali solution.
Purpose:Measurement of particles in the solution , oil insoluble and pollution of water quality. Applied to somatic hybridization and line grain of complementary to predict heterosis research and scientific research departments.
3.Polyether sulfone (PES)
Features: Belongs to the hydrophilic membrane filter, high strength, no extract protein adsorption and without contamination for the sample.
Purpose:Biochemical detection, pharmaceutical and aseptic filter.
4.Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)
Features: Tolerance DMSO,THF,DMF, methylene chloride, chloroform and other solvents.
Purpose: Most of the organic solution, especially some strong solvents.
